A decommissioned banana farm on 54 acres above the Austinville valley, converted into off-grid treehouses running on solar, battery and rainwater. Springbrook National Park sits on the boundary; the Gold Coast skyline glows below. Over 900 native trees planted since the conversion. King parrots, wedge-tailed eagles, wallabies at dawn — and a full moon that rises directly over the hill.
