Mobile venue
Created and hosted by Josh Melville, with his wife Tamsyn behind the scenes, this is a four-course culinary evening cooked over coals and in camp ovens at a secret off-grid spot outside Kununurra. Locally sourced ingredients and bush tucker anchor the menu, and guests are collected from and returned to their Kununurra hotel, motel or caravan park. It began at Lake Argyle in 2017 and moved to Kununurra in 2023, and has since taken gold for Excellence in Food Tourism at the Australian Tourism Awards.
