Inspired by travels throughout Italy, owners Peter & Jenny Guest created and built 'Guestlands' to look and feel like a small Italian village and offer boutique B&B style accommodation.

Set on 5 acres in the semi rural suburb of Arcadia in Sydney's hills district it is less than 45 mins drive from the CBD but feels like a world away once you enter the property.

An ornamental lake with stone bridge is central to the property and surrounded by extensive Mediterranean style gardens, with water features, pathways and steps, leading to hidden nooks and garden rooms inviting visitors to relax, meander and explore.

B&B accommodation is accessed via cobblestone laneways with Tuscan style rooms with Juliet balconies overlooking the gardens and lake offering a unique immersive experience for guests. Happy hour with an anti-pasto platter , complimentary beers, wines and Prosecco and a generous breakfast hamper for self-serve breakfasts are included in the rate.
