Housed in the Bridge Hotel, built in 1859 by ex-convict Henry Hopwood in what became Echuca's port, this restored hotel underwent major renovation in 2016. It now runs across several distinct areas: Henry's Kitchen, the public bar, a backyard, and a cafrebreakakfast, lunch and dinner across the week, with a kids menu and an ice creamery alongside.
