A small adults-only hotel on the Inkwell Wines vineyard in McLaren Vale — regenerative organic, carbon-reported, with an inclusion statement and an accessible suite. Each of the king suites runs to 50 square metres with a soaking tub at a floor-to-ceiling window over the vines, mini-bar stocked with Inkwell wine, rain shower, and a private deck.
