마리아와 루이즈는 60년된 포도나무에서 나온 헌터 밸리 언덕 위 이 증류소를 운영하며 소량 생산 진, 보드카, 계곡의 유일한 브랜디를 생산합니다. 브랜디는 2019년 산불 중에 수확하지 않은 포도로 만들어지고 프랑스 오크에서 2년간 숙성됩니다. 증류소 자체는 대부분 재활용 재료로 지어졌습니다. 그들의 시그니처, 핑크 다이아몬드, 이치 움뱃 진들은 부지에서 손으로 채워집니다.
