Kimo Estate -Sweeney's Hut

One of a handful of off-grid ecohuts at Kimo Estate, set into a hillside above the farm near Gundagai, roughly halfway between Sydney and Melbourne. The A-frame is built for two, double-insulated and heated, with a wood-fired hot tub outside and a hot shower open to the paddock views. It runs on solar, off the grid, with walking trails across the property and clear dark skies for stargazing. A quiet retreat on a working estate, closer to the land than to anything else.
