Bev and Dave McKee started with a home cider press on the family farm — most of those early batches were barely drinkable. Now there's a dedicated brewery, award-winning brewer Steve Wearing manipulating yeast logs batch by batch, and apples sourced from the Perth Hills and Manjimup. The KR Pilsner uses Nelson Sauvin hops added late; the wet-hop ale goes paddock-to-kettle in a single morning.
