A working distillery inside Hangar 17, a piece of northern Tasmania's aviation past. The core range runs four expressions — bourbon cask, tawny cask, apera cask, and peated — each matured in distinct oak. Tours run hourly until 3pm; the winter season brings a fill-your-own cask experience, 100ml bottle included, for fifty dollars.
