New Zealand's first brewery to open an Australian taproom, Liberty landed in Cheltenham with a trophy cabinet and the hop-forward range to justify it. Brewer Joe's Jungle Juice Hazy IPA (Mosaic, Amarillo, 6.6%) and Citra Double IPA (9%) anchor the lineup, but the Darkest Days Stout and Raspberry Roller Milkshake Sour signal range well beyond the hop gospel.
