Kit Chambers has made wine at this family property in Parkerville since 2000, hand-picking and crushing grapes on-site for Verdelho, Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon. The cellar door opens Friday to Sunday; the French-inspired restaurant serves share plates and platters designed to sit alongside the wines, with seating indoors, alfresco, or beneath the trees on the edge of John Forrest National Park.
