McHenry Distillery

Bill McHenry left pharmaceutical management in Sydney to establish this distillery on a 100-acre Tasman Peninsula property in 2007. Five natural springs feed the stills; the surrounding Southern Ocean air is among the cleanest on earth. The resulting gin and whisky carry those conditions plainly. A family operation, now in its second generation, with a cellar door on site.
