The brewery occupies the original Chief Engineer's house from Beaconsfield's gold-mining era — a detail that earns its name. Founded by the de Villiers family, previously behind Innes Distillery in Tullah, it pours house beers alongside Ocho, head brewer Stu's seasonal IPA label. Brad's Psychedelic Frog sour is the standout. Thursday to Sunday, with food and a wood fire in winter.
