The Mon Cinq range covers Pinot Grigio, Grenache Rosé, Viognier (AAVWS Bronze), Shiraz and Petit Verdot, with rotating releases of unusual varieties — Touriga Nacional, the medal-winning 2023 Moniacal Blanca Fria. Fruit is sourced from named local growers; winemaking is hands-on, minimal intervention, with picking decisions made on pH rather than sugar. Cellar door open and wine club active.
