Upper Yarra Valley pioneer producing single-vineyard wines from 10 hectares surrounding its cellar door, plus carefully selected regional sites. Handpicked fruit, natural yeasts, minimal pumping and plunging, small barrels — the approach is deliberate restraint. Cover crops, compost teas and an on-site insectarium keep synthetic inputs low. The wines are built for site expression rather than winemaker fingerprint.
