On Island Time is the Youl family's collection of self-contained stays in the north of Flinders Island, around Killiecrankie. Jo Youl, whose family has farmed Quoin since 1932, styles the interiors and runs the Larder at Whitemark wharf, stocking island beef, wallaby, fish and Furneaux Distillery spirits. Cottages named Faraway, the Crayshack and Wombat Lodge look out to granite headlands and open water. The family also runs guided activities and produces Jo's Quoin the Label linen.
