Graeme Leith and Sue Mackinnon planted their first vines at Musk in 1974, and five decades on the estate still runs on biodynamic and regenerative principles. Cool-climate Pinot Noir and Chardonnay sit alongside Bendigo Shiraz — low-intervention, unhurried. Lunches in the dining room are rustic Italian in spirit: shared plates, charcoal-fired cooking, vineyard rolling out below the windows.
