A crushed-gravel trail of about 1.3 kilometres linking Point Lonsdale village with its lighthouse, climbing gradually from the shops before following the cliff top through Coastal Moonah Woodland. The outlook takes in The Rip, the narrow entrance to Port Phillip, and the open water of Bass Strait beyond. The route passes the Rip View car park and rounds the lighthouse; the pier below is a good place to watch waves and passing ships. Exposed sections can be windy.
