Sam Vogel spent time at Vasse Felix, France's Southern Rhône and Washington State before landing at a former papermill in Fyansford. His Provenance label draws fruit from a spread of South West Victorian sites, with cool-climate Pinot Noir, Nebbiolo, Riesling and Pinot Gris among the focus varieties. Light-touch farming and soil health are the stated priorities. The wines follow.
