Helen and Joey founded this 200-acre Spring Lane vineyard in 2010, and the estate now runs four distinct wine labels — Unicorn, Wayward Child, Re'em and Alicorn — alongside a restaurant, cellar door and boutique accommodation. Their Chinese heritage inflects the whole operation. The Re'em arm handles the hotel and hospitality side; the wines handle the reason to come.
