Fremantle's Republic of Fremantle Distillery builds its spirits from the ground up — literally. Locally grown Verdelho grapes go through custom-built Müller copper column stills (36 filtration plates, two columns) to produce a grape-based spirit that becomes the foundation for both their vodka, bottled at 42% ABV, and two gins. No grain shortcuts; the entire chain runs grape to glass.
