Robe's wood-fired brewery, run by Maris and Kristi Biezaitis since 2012. Maris mashes in oak-barrel tuns, filters through hay, and boils the wort over a wood fire in a custom kettle, then ferments in open tanks at ambient temperature. He keeps over 20 farmhouse ales, sours and stouts on the board, some drawing on the couple's Latvian roots and many poured only here. Rainwater-brewed and solar-powered, with live music and a cellar door in the makers precinct.
