José Rodríguez makes bespoke shoes by hand from a studio in Trades Hall, Carlton, working to measure for men and women. Each commission starts with a consultation and fitting, moves through a hand-made prototype, and takes around four weeks; every finished pair carries its own style number, so no two are alike. He also resoles, reheels and repairs shoes and does minor bag work. The house line — "artisan heritage and Latin passion" — is his own.
