The Statham family arrived in Canowindra in 1996, planting 20 hectares of vines on deep red clay soils above the Belubula River. Three generations later — including Florence, whose grandfather grew Beaujolais in the early 1900s — Rosnay runs on biodynamic, Yeomans and cell-grazing methods. The straw bale cellar door pours preservative-free wines; look for the Grandpère Reserve Red and Grandmère Reserve White.
