Marlo sits near the mouth of the Snowy River, and Sailors Grave suits the remoteness. The farmhouse brewery draws on farmed and foraged ingredients from East Gippsland's coast and hinterland — kelp, native botanicals, whatever the season offers — producing beers that run from approachable to genuinely strange. Sixteen taps pour Wednesday to Sunday at Dunetown, alongside Mexican food.
