Schwerkolt Cottage &Museum Complex

A historic museum complex established in 1884, set across 2.25 hectares of bushland at Mitcham, adjoining the Yarran Dheran bushland park. The grounds hold historical buildings, walking tracks, a cottage garden, a barbecue area and a family playground, and trace early colonial history in Whitehorse. Group tours are run for all ages, from school-aged children to senior citizens.
