The Konstandakopoulos family opened on the corner of Lonsdale and Russell streets in 1978, cooking the food they grew up with in Greece, and the family still runs it. The dining room keeps its limestone-style ceiling and its late hours, sending out slow-cooked lamb, dips made from scratch and platters off the spit long after the theatres empty. It is the only Greek restaurant in Australia with Coeliac Australia accreditation.
