The Jones family has been farming this 400-acre property alongside the Fish River since 1972. The Grange itself dates to 1823 — a colonial estate on the Macquarie Plains with a heritage listing and, reportedly, a Darwin visit on its guest ledger. Brothers Toby and Nick now run the still alongside the sheep, using farm-grown ingredients and water from the Blue Mountains.
