Queensland's longest-running microbrewery, operating since 1998, got its start brewing ginger beer with Buderim Ginger before Greg and Brigid Curran overhauled operations in 2006. The Summer Ale took Champion Reduced Alcohol Beer at the Australian International Beer Awards in 2009. Spent grain goes to a local cattle farmer; hot water loops back to clean the brewhouse. Small batches, no preservatives.
