A family has run this room in Hendra since 2011, and the useful thing to know is that there are two menus: the all-day carte everyone expects, and a second one headed Authentic Thai. Som tam, tamarind fish and green papaya salad come up repeatedly in what people order. Queensland produce, with the spices brought in from Thailand. The name means Thai creation.
