Coffee comes from Melbourne's Dukes. Dinner runs Wednesday to Saturday by booking, with breakfast most mornings, a deliberately small operation that rewards planning ahead. For a town better known as a stopover than a destination, it is the standout table, and a reminder that some of the Limestone Coast's most careful cooking happens away from the cellar doors.
