On Springbrook Mountain, at the edge of the national park, Wendy and Colin make fudge by hand in a 1930s house wrapped in rainforest. The range runs long: caramel, dark chocolate macadamia, choc Baileys, hazelnut truffle, an award-winning lemon cheesecake, and vegan flavours too, all sampled freely before you choose. Coffee, house ice cream and a fairy garden with picnic tables make it the natural pit stop for walkers coming off Twin Falls and the Warrie Circuit.
