For twenty-five years this family has made jams, condiments and old-fashioned sweets in Berry's former Central Creamery, the first factory in NSW to pasteurise cream. Four generations in, they still make it all on-site: Maxwell's Treats preserves and sauces, chocolates, and fudge and brittle you can watch being made. Next door, the Dairy Bar churns gelato from South Coast Dairy milk and serves it on a deck facing the paddocks, cows and all.
