Stephanie Helm won her first trophy for a Cabernet Sauvignon at age 13. Now she runs this small-batch Murrumbateman winery on a vineyard first planted in 1978, making whites in unoaked stainless steel and reds with extended skin contact and 12–18 months in French oak. Husband Ben manages the vines using cover crops, composting, and Babydoll sheep for winter maintenance.
