Tom Hounslow is a second-generation Tasmanian bladesmith, son of Damascus maker John Hounslow-Robinson, and forges his own hand-made Damascus and stainless kitchen knives. He grew up watching his father work salvaged steel in the Huon Valley and made his first blade as a boy. His pieces run from damasteel chef's knives to boxed carving sets and utility blades, sold direct through his Big Cartel shop, where stock turns over quickly.
