Simon Robertson grew up with wine — his father was a winegrower before him — and brings four decades of experience to this small Gundagai property on Wiradjuri Country. The volcanic soils and Snowy Mountains airflow do much of the work; Robertson skips the fertilisers, herbicides and pesticides entirely. Tastings run with Robertson himself. The cellar door, and the sunset bird activity, are worth the detour.
