Former airline workers Blake Millard and Annalise Bailey bought the ex-Lynnevale Estate in 2021 after COVID grounded their careers. The five acres of 25-year-old Shiraz Cabernet have since been supplemented with ten rows of Pinot Gris, and the peacock-labelled bottles are only available here. The 1969 Viscount caravan — Nellie — stays put, overlooking Sheepwash Creek.
