A family doughnut maker that has held the same F-Shed spot at Queen Victoria Market since 1950, frying hot jam-filled doughnuts to order. A second shop in Prahran now carries the tradition a little further south, but the recipe — doughnut and house-made jam — hasn't budged in three-quarters of a century.
