An olive farm at Goornong that the same family has worked for decades, pressing and preserving its own olives, oils, balsamic, sauces and even soap. Beyond the farm-gate shelves it is a curious sort of destination, hosting events and marionette performances, and its pantry range reaches the Bendigo Community Farmers Market.
