Run by the Terry family on their outback cattle-station nature refuge in Queensland's Gulf Savannah, where the sandstone gorge can be reached only on a guided tour. The three-hour signature experience pairs a boat cruise through the narrow, spring-fed gorge with a walk up the escarpment and across a glass bridge, led by a professional Savannah Guide who reads the country's geology and bush tucker. It runs seasonally from April to October, with stand-up paddle boarding, fossicking and scenic helicopter flights offered alongside.
