Ora is a Japanese restaurant housed in a Waterloo warehouse serving omakase, à la carte lunch and dinner, and functions. Executive Chef Nobuyuki Ura leads the omakase counter. The space features velvet booths and a theatrical ethos around raw fish preparation and craft cocktails featuring sake. Operates lunch Tuesday–Friday and dinner Tuesday–Saturday with a curated drinks program.
