Spread across paddocks of cattle and dams on the edge of Mudgee's wine country, this is a farm run as a scatter of self-contained cottages rather than a single lodge. Twelve range from one-bedroom hideaways for two up to a four-bedroom homestead, most with wood fires or log burners, Nespresso machines and verandahs looking out over vineyards and open country.
