Bob Heslop planted Touriga Nacional, Tinta Cao, and Zinfandel in Eurunderee decades before they were fashionable in Mudgee. Son Liam, who trained in Sonoma and Piedmont, joined officially in 2017. The straw bale cellar door is still under construction; tastings happen at The Cottage Tasting Room. The whole bunch shiraz is worth seeking out.
