Yen Dang was called Phi Yen — flying swallow — as a girl in Vietnam, and the name went over the door when she and her husband Tuan opened on the corner of Brisbane and Lake. Southern Vietnamese, dinner only, seven nights. Bo luc lac shaken in the wok with garlic and red onion, salt-and-pepper squid, cabbage rolls of minced pork and black fungus with their own plum sauce. Licensed, but wine is BYO at eight dollars corkage.
