Kylie Treble runs this on Lord Street, growing some of what goes on the plate at The Place of Wonder, the permaculture garden the restaurant belongs to. The menu arrives on table cards grouped by ingredient rather than by dish, which takes getting used to and is the point. Eleven sorting bins out the back, tables and a courtyard wall built from salvage, and a shire award for circular solutions.
