When the Aireys Pub came up for demolition in 2012, a group of locals pooled their money and bought it. When the big distributors arrived with their mandatory tap lists, they were told to leave. The brewery they installed on-site now keeps the beer metres from the glass. Order the Moby Pale Ale — ten percent of its profits go to Sea Shepherd.
