The Aboriginal cooperative here has run the Tower Hill Visitor Centre in partnership with Parks Victoria since 2002, its staff including descendants of the area's original inhabitants. The two-hour interactive walk leads you through the caldera of an extinct volcano, reading the landscape for bush foods, native medicines, geology and hunting techniques. Guides are local Indigenous custodians, and online booking is required.
