Rose and James started with doughnuts, made at dawn and sold from a hole-in-the-wall shop. Trophy Room is what came next: a corner shop in North Hobart's residential streets, deliberately off the strip, with the kitchen wall knocked out. The menu changes daily; the kitchen makes its own bread, charcuterie, pickles, pasta and cheese; records play throughout. Order the mortadella cruller if it's on.
