1992년부터 가족이 운영해온 도그릿지는 맥라렌 베일 90에이커의 포도밭을 운영하며 페들러 크릭 옆의 셀러 도어에서 매일 와인을 판매한다. 실내는 의도적으로 부담 없는 분위기로 리델 잔, 혼잡함 없이, 도보 방문객을 환영한다. 그르나슈 로제, 산지오베세, 강화 와인 비오니에에서 시작하길 권장한다. 아트 갤러리도 함께 운영된다.
