The Crossing family has farmed this property since 1950 — sheep, cattle, and now Shiraz and other cool-climate varieties grown on the volcanic southern slopes of Mount Canobolas. The cellar door in Millthorpe handles tastings and sales; the Belubula River runs fast somewhere below the limestone escarpments. The Bluestone Wine Club offers 15 per cent off purchases.
